MYNAZAKIA CLUB POLICY, AUP, RULES & REGULATIONS

PRE-WORDS

1.1 www.mynazakiaclub.com and Malaysian Naza & Kia Owners’ Club belongs to the members of Malaysia Naza & Kia Owners' Club which also known as MyNazaKia Club Website Forum and after this refers to as MNKC Website Forum. This website forum is a non-profitable club which solely based on virtual website forum.

1.2 Registration for this Club is mainly open for :-

1. All Kia & Naza models;

2. All other models/brands bought from Naza especially Naza Kia Sdn. Bhd.

Registration are also open for :-

3. Any other Korean Cars; and

4. Other vehicle brands

1.3 This forum is MNKC private website forum hence MNKC Rules & Regulations are strictly applied.While we encourage free flow information and ideas in the forum, any ramblings and non related topics/issues/postings will be deleted without any further notice.

1.4 This forum has been set up for all registered members to gather around and share opinions, knowledge and problems among the owners of KIA & NAZA car regardless of model. It also acts as a platform for us to build friendship and networking.


POLICIES, AUP, RULES & REGULATIONS

2.1 MNKC Club Forum has 2 category of registered members namely MNKC Members &  MNKC Forummer.


MNKC Forummers is define as a person who has :
-  Register online.

 
MNKC Members is define as a person who has :
-  Register online.
-  Sign the hardcopy of the MNKC Forum Registration Form.
-  Collect the Official MNKC Exclusive Sticker bearing the serial number from 0001 – 0999. (This serial number will represent as the MNKC Individual Members’ Registration Number permanently even if members' no longer own Naza / Kia cars. Please remove the registration sticker once the car is transfer to other party )

2.1.1 Non-Active Members / Forummers

Non-Active Members / Forummers are define as :

a) Non-Active Forummers
Individual who is inactive in forum for 2 years consecutively

b) Non-Active Members
Individual who is inactive & did not login for 2 years consecutively;
AND
Failed to inform the Presiden through writing (e-mail / MIM) OR by personal call.

2.1.2 President has the right to terminate the Club Membership & Registration in the forum for both Non-Active Members / Forummers without any notice.

2.1.3 President or MNKC Management Team has the right to transfer/terminate/blacklist MNKC Individual Members' Registration Number if members violate MNKC Rules & Regulations and Club Policies including tarnishing the good name of MNKC and conduct an act of disrespect towards MNKC President, MNKC Management Team & MNKC Members.
 
This is important in order to protect the good name of MyNazaKia Club Forum and its respective MNKC Members.
 

CLUB GATHERING

2.2 Teh Tarik Session & Activities

2.2.1 Official Teh Tarik Session or better known as TT session for MyNazaKia Club (MNKC) will be held every Friday night. The time & location of the TT are fixed and any changes will be subject to an official announcement made by the President or MNKC Management Team (with an approval from the President). Any unofficial TT or social gathering made under the name of MyNazaKiaClub or MNKC, held at other times than Friday night for 10 persons or more / 10 cars or more must be at first be notified to the President.

2.2.2 Any TT session, social gatherings, events or activities held using MNKC name or related to MNKC, the individual (member)responsible or individual (member) involved must notify the President in writing via email or MIM (private mail) only. Failing to do so, MNKC would not be held liable in the consequences of the respective TT, social gatherings, events or activities held. The individual(s) involved will be held fully responsible on any consequences arise from the activities or events held.

2.2.3 The President and MNKC Management Team Members would not compromise/tolerated with any kind of act from the members which in our opinion will lead to disunity among MNKC members / MNKC big family. 

RESTRICTIONS, BANNING & TERMINATION

2.3 Prohibition

2.3.1 All members are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using/associate the forum’s name or the club’s name with any political activities either through online or personally involved with any outside illegal gatherings  that has libel, slander, defamation or anti government elements. President and MyNazakiaClub would not tolerate with any members that involved with such activities that against the Malaysian Law and MNKC Rules & Regulations. MNKC Management WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE would not hesitate to terminate any members that is NOT RESPONSIBLE in tarnishing the forum’s and Club’s name OR influencing other members in doing any of the prohibited activities mentioned above.

2.3.2 Members are strictly prohibited from using the forum for the following purposes :-

-business / commercial;
-political, anti-government, racial issues, religious issues and obscenity;
-to spread rumours and false information and news and/or involved and organized in any illegal gatherings; and
-directly and or indirectly to offend, to insult and/or to tarnish club members or any individual/company/institution. (stern action will be taken straight away after getting the complaints from members without further notice);
-incitement or instigation and any illegal activities that involves the Club’s name (without any consent from the President) which can lead to clannish culture in the club;
-Spreading lies and scams

2.4 You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages and means of your actions, and you hereby agree to indemnify and keep the Management team indemnified against any and all losses, claims, costs, expenses, actions, proceedings, , demand, damage or liability whatsoever brought or claimed by any party and/or incurred or sustained by the Club whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential (including, but without limitation, any economic loss or other loss of turnover profits, business or goodwill) arising in any manner from or due to the use or exploitation of such messages by any party in this Forum.

2.5 You hereby agree to abide by or comply with the Malaysian laws, regulations and by-laws, social customs, practices, political systems and religious beliefs. Any attempt to break or breach those laws and regulations through the use of this Forum and/or the network may result in litigation against the offender by the relevant authorities or bodies. If such an event occurs, the Management team will fully comply with any directions of the said authorities or bodies to provide any information necessary for the purpose of any civil or criminal proceedings.

2.6 Registered Members of MNKC forum are NOT ALLOWED at all to post/write any of the following words, terms, statements, descriptions, drawings and/or caricature:

2.6.1 vulgar;

2.6.2 defamatory;

2.6.3 inaccurate, misrepresentation and/or fraudulent;

2.6.4 harassing;

2.6.5 hateful;

2.6.6 threatening;

2.6.7 invading of others privacy;

2.6.8 sexually oriented including without limitation any sexual innuendoes, depictions and/or acts presented in a provocative manner;

2.6.9 promotion for the use of firearms, the consumption of alcohol and/or the abuse of illegal drugs;

2.6.10 politically-inclined or motivated expression, anti-government news, sensitive issues, articles, pictures, slogans or the like; or

2.6.11 violates any laws, regulations and/or by-laws.

2.6.12 personal attacks:

          a) EXTRA CARE is needed when you voiced out your opinion and says in this forum and

             please RESPECT each others' opinions and says as well.

         b) Registered Members are not allowed to post any hatred OR negative emotional posting as well

             bring up any personal issues matters that can trigger or jeopardised any disharmony to this forum.

             We do not allow spamming, name-callings, personal attacks in the forum.

2.6.13 Members & Forummers of MNKC are NOT ALLOWED at any time to use the club, club’s name, MNKC forum, MNKC logo or anything that associates to MNKC for any political purposes.

2.6.14 Members are not allowed to raised or post any issues or statements that can distilled the harmony of this forum. Members also are not allowed to post any statements that has an element of incitement and libel on any pre/post organised club event.


2.7 With reference to any message submitted, where it is of the opinion of the Admin & Moderator, a member / forummer who did not comply to the above Para 2.2 to 2.6.14 the said member / forummer will be automatically BAN OR REMOVED without any notice. Subsequently, a fresh registration application is needed BUT the registration approval will be subject to the President of MNKC’s discretion.


2.8 Search function:Do a search before posting to prevent posting a repeated thread. Merging and splitting functions are not available in this website. Therefore, to reduce the workload of our staff members, please be considerate.


2.9 Every registered member is encouraged to help build the community. Report all spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting or rude) posts to the admin team.

2.10 Images: Please remove [img] tags when quoting post with pictures. This help to keep the forum neat.

2.11 Adminisrator / Moderator of the forum had the rights to delete OR remove any inactive thread (thread that has no response/replies within 3 days).

2.12 Personal Safety: For your own personal safety, do not post your license number/ mobile number/ personal particulars in the forum. This is to ensure that our members are safe from stalkers/ advertising people. Any form of contact should only be passed through PM.

2.13 If you do find any messages posted in this Forum that are objectionable then please contact the Administrator OR Moderator of the Forum immediately by PM OR e-mail.

2.14 Although messages posted herein are not the responsibilities of this Forum and the Management Team are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any of these messages, the administrators reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.


DISCLAIMER

3.1 We, President, Administrator & Moderator of this forum will not be held responsible and liable for any of the members’ actions and/or writings in this forum. Registered Members are fully responsible for your own writings/posts made in this forum.

3.2 MNKC Forum is and will not be involve, liable or be responsible at all with any individual's activities done outside this forum, other than activities planned/organized/approved by the Club or Management Staff of MNKC Forum

3.3 This website is an open website to all members, hence, the sources of articles/postings/information by members can be misleading or wrongly presented/posted/displayed. Due to these inherent risk in making a diagnosis and giving advise without personally viewing or testing the vehicle/product, President, Admin & Moderator of MNKC Forum, disclaim any liability for any damage, loss and any consequences whatsoever that may occur as the result of the diagnosis and advise offered in the forum. Members are strongly advised to seek 3rd party opinions from the professionals/specialist on any related issues arise.

3.4 MNKC Forum nor www.mynazakiaclub.com is in no way directly or indirectly associated with Naza Kia Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) or Kia Motors (Korea) or its subsidiaries. Articles and images are either obtained from publicly available domains or members’ personal views. President, Administrator & Moderator (WE) are unaware of any copyright claims to the images or articles. Any infringement of copyright is unintended. Information is for reference only and reliance on the information contained therein is at users own risk. MNKC Forum accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss for whatever reason.




CONCLUSION

4.1 This forum should stay healthy and cheerful as it is. The duty lies in each and every one of us to maintain the peaceful and harmony in this forum.

4.2 We certainly do not want members of this forum to face any negative consequences due to irresponsible actions by only certain members.

4.3 Co-operation from each registered members are very much highly appreciated.

4.4 This is only for the best interest of MNKC Members & MNKC Forummers.

4.5 The rules and policies as set out herein may be subject to amendment, change or modification by the Management team, without any notification to you.

4.6 President have the rights to change any policy in this policy, rules and regulation from time to time without any notice to maintain the peace, harmony and to control any members’ activities in his (President) opinion which can lead to disunity & disharmony in the Club and whichever act that violates the Malaysian Law.


4.7 All registered members & forummers have already verified on reading, clearly understand and agreed on all the Acts, Policies & Rules & Regulations in MyNazaKia Club stipulated in this forum and therefore agreed to be bound by it and agreed to obey it without hesitance. A disciplinary order will be taken on members who violate the Acts, Policies and Rules & Regulations in the Forum and Club including terminating the club membership without any notice. This is important and necessary in order to maintain the peace, harmony in this forum and club.

 
4.8 By registering in this forum, members are automatically bound by the rules and regulations in this forum and members are to accept full responsibility at members’ own risk. We thank you for your kind understanding and consideration.
